About Us

Jeff is originally from Northern NY having grown up in Canton. Jeff served in the US Navy as a Surgical First Assistant for 12 years where he received numerous awards and recognition including Sailor Of The Year. Upon his Honorable Discharge from the Navy, Jeff relocated to Raleigh, NC and began his career in Medical Device Sales. Jeff worked his way up through the ranks starting as a Sales Associate, transitioning to a Senior Territory Manager and then becoming the Regional Manager of NC, SC , VA and the USVI. In 2016 Jeff returned home to NY and founded IMMS LTD. Jeff’s passion is to mentor the next generation of sales professionals. Jeff is known for his honesty and integrity and always puts the best interest of surgeons and their patients at the forefront.

In his spare time Jeff enjoys the beach, camping, and attending sporting events with his family.

Bernadette brings to IMMS, extensive experience from various levels of retail and banking management. Most recently owning a small Personal Assistant Services company, she makes it possible for companies to run smoothly and efficiently through proven operational, organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills. She is detail- oriented, analytical, focused, energetic, highly ethical and an intuitive professional with strong business acumen.

In her spare time she enjoys music, reading, gardening, traveling, theatre and spending time with family and friends.

Adam joined IMMS Ltd. in November of 2016. Before IMMS, Adam spent 9 years with Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists as a PACS Administrator and physician liaison. He worked directly with surgeons to make sure their day-to-day technology and workflow was seamless. In 2015 he spent some time volunteering for Operation Walk Syracuse, as a team they went to Guatemala to provide free surgical treatments for patients that do not have access to medical care. In his free time Adam works on his golf game, travels and will sous-vide just about anything.

Before joining IMMS In October of 2017 Jamis worked for many years as a surgical technologist/first assistant in operating rooms all across the country. Jamis has the experience to find safe efficient solutions for complex surgical procedures. When he is not in the OR, Jamis enjoys cycling, photography and traveling with his wife and four children.

Avery started working for IMMS LTD. as a Student Intern for one year. During this time Avery learned about the ConMed and MTF Biologics product line and was given the opportunity to observe doctors in orthopedic surgical cases across New York State. He then graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Movement Science Option. Avery loves to be physically active. Some of his favorite activities include playing a sport (his favorite sports being golf and soccer), working out at the gym, or trying to find some relaxation through yoga. Avery took over the Southern Tier in May of 2019 and is looking forward to expanding his career in Orthopedics with a long-term commitment to the Binghamton/Ithaca market.

Mike brings to IMMS over 20 years of surgical experience and 7 years of sales management experience. He graduated from Simon school of Business in 2012 and has never looked back.

As a surgical scrub at a level one trauma center, he has literally seen it all. As a sales consultant for 2 larger companies, Mike has expanded his skills in all aspects and strives to provide the best support and products to his surgeons.

He maintains a wealth of Recon and Trauma knowledge with the ability to help facilitate / support all surgical team members in execution and completion of any case.

He lives with his wonderful wife and three amazing children, two cats and a dog in Henrietta. They enjoy outdoor activities as well as spending time on a lake in the Adirondacks. He is an active hunter, fly fisherman and Hockey player.

David M. DeCocq is the Senior Territory Manager for the Rochester and Buffalo area. He is a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School and has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Hilbert College. David uses his strong work ethic and passion for positive patient outcomes to assist surgeons in any way possible. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family and bodybuilding on a competitive level.

Rich is from Watertown, NY where he attended General Brown high school. He obtained his Bachelors degree in Business Economics and Environmental Management from SUNY Cortland. During this time, he was also a four-year member of the football team competing as a linebacker. After graduation, Rich utilized his business degree as a project sales specialist for Lowe’s Home Improvement. Rich made a natural transition as the Territory Manager for Northern NY focusing on Sports Medicine. His passions for athletics, and business, fuel his desire to provide excellent service to surgeons and improve clinical results in the North Country.
In his free time, he enjoys tackling mountains in the Adirondacks and Rocky Mountains with his fiancé.

David was born and raised in Williamsville, NY and is a graduate of Canisius High School. He then continued his education at the University at Buffalo and received his B.S. degree in Biological Sciences. Before joining the IMMS team, David was employed as an Operations Manager. He continued his passion for leadership and business by pursuing his MBA from the UB School of Management, where he is set to graduate from this winter.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He loves being active and is an avid sports fan who loves the Bills, Sabres, and Yankees.

Mike comes to IMMS with a unique perspective in the Medical Device Industry. His compassion for the healthcare needs of the community, paired with the understanding of the changing healthcare landscape give Mike the foundation as an ethical, experienced associate.

Professionally, Mike started his career as an 18 year old cabinetmaker's apprentice and worked his way up to a master cabinetmaker a decade later. Mike then pursued a career as an RN and graduated from Nazareth College with a BSN in Nursing. Mike has spent the last 10 years in the healthcare field as an RN in the Operating Room as a scrub/circulating nurse, charge nurse and administrator. He has spent the past two years serving as Clinical Director of Rochester Surgery Center.

Mike, his wife and two children live in Brighton, along with their dog Wimbledon. Mike enjoys working out, basketball, tennis and pretending he's a surfer.

With over 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, Roberta brings a deep understanding of key relationship building and strategic market development to IMMS. Roberta spends her time working with numerous charitable organizations including Autism Up, Equicenter and Boys and Girls Club. She is a certified Personal Trainer, loves to golf and play tennis with her two children; Gia and Ryan.

Carl was born and raised in Williamsville, NY and is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a degree in Communications and Business. He then moved to Aspen, CO., to peruse his passion for skiing and the outdoors. Before joining the IMMS team, Carl was worked for Arthrex for about five years. He is dedicated to stay in this field because he enjoys working with the best products on the market to improve patients' lives. In his free time, Carl enjoys traveling and playing sports such as golf and skiing. He loves being active and is an avid sports fan who loves the Bills and Sabres.

Greg is originally from Cleveland, Ohio.

He graduated in 2000 with a business management degree from John Carroll University. Greg has been in the orthopedic industry since moving to Rochester in 2014. Greg has proven to be an invaluable resource for both his surgeons and peers as a shoulder arthroplasty specialist for IMMS. 

Greg has 3 children (Cate, Claire, and Jack) and resides in Pittsford, NY.

Growing up in Virginia. Joined the U.S. Army as a Surgical tech. After 10 years of service and an honorable discharge, began working as a civilian travel surgical tech for 4 years before entering medical sales. After 9 years working in vascular and foot and ankle sales, moved to St. Croix USVI. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, deep sea fishing and crafting live edge river tables.

I am currently a student at SUNY Empire State working towards a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I define myself as a hard worker with an exemplary work ethic. I am an excellent communicator and am very customer service oriented. One of my best qualities is being a team player. I am eager to learn new things and venture out of my comfort zone. I have experience in upper level business courses and advanced nursing and psychology classes. In my free time I enjoy watching football (Go Bills), spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, and journaling.
